STORE POLICY - Terms and Conditions of this Purchase
IF YOU SHOULD RECEIVE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR FULL CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER PURCHASE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. If you have ordered an incorrect part or you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may:
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE you will be charged a $5 Handling Fee. Original shipping costs and handling are non-refundable. Electrical parts and Special Orders are not exchangeable.
REQUEST AN IN-STORE CREDIT you will be charged a $5 Handling Fee. In-store credits do not apply towards shipping or handling. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Electrical parts and Special Orders are not returnable.
RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs and handling are non-refundable. Electrical parts and Special Orders are not returnable.
PLEASE NOTE:
SPECIAL ORDERS must be paid for in advance and they are NOT returnable or refundable.
REFUSED DELIVERIES for any reason other than freight damage, you will be charged shipping costs, handling fees and a 25% restocking fee. Electrical parts and Special Orders cannot be returned.
RETURNS WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER if you return a product(s) without requesting approval and being issued a Returns/Exchange Authorization number your refund will be less 25% restock fee, shipping and handling. If you have no proof of delivery of the return then there will be no refund.
PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PRODUCTS are not returnable. If your product qualifies for a Manufacturer's Warranty we will attempt to assist you with a Warranty Exchange per the Terms and Conditions of the Manufacturer Warranty. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS are not allowed. If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason then please contact our sales department before you place an order. We cannot stop an order once it has been placed. There are no exceptions.
SECOND DAY AIR SHIPMENT If you place an order for Second Day Air but we use an alternate method to deliver your order per the terms of a second day shipment we will NOT REFUND the difference.
